At about 10:00 PM Friday evening, BCT experienced a substantial over-voltage event from the electric service that powers our cable TV and broadband equipment. This resulted in significant disruption and loss of service for our television and broadband subscribers. BCT staff worked through the night to address these issues and efforts are continuing. As our team works to effect repairs, members will see slow internet speeds, missing TV channels, and intermittent service disruptions throughout the day. We anticipate complete restoration of affected systems by the end of today. We apologize for the inconvenience and are working diligently to return normal service operation as quickly as possible.
