Service Update During Wildfires
Dear BCT Members,
We hope you and your loved ones and homes are safe during these unprecedented times. Currently, we are not experiencing widespread service outages, though some individual members may see some connectivity issues as we work to diagnose and repair damage to equipment from the severe winds and fires throughout our service area. Our team has been hard at work out in the field working to restore services to affected members to provide the best experience possible.
