Update 12/18 3:32 PM - BCT crews continue to work around the clock to restore internet service as PGE progresses with repairs to their poles and power lines. Our team is on deck in the Carus Road & OR-213 area to reconnect member homes as quickly and safely as possible.

Update 12/18 9:07 AM - PGE crews are still out working to make repairs to their poles and facilities. Currently, the Timbergrove, Fallsview, and Leisure Woods network nodes are without commercial power, and the work we can do is limited until PGE is finished with their work. 

Update 12/17 11:04 AM - PGE is working throughout the area to replace power poles and other damaged facilities. As their crews make repairs and commercial power begins to be restored, we are then able to address damage to BCT infrastructure and work to get members connected again. In the meantime, we are deploying generators throughout our service area where we can to power pockets of the network, so folks with alternative power supplies can stay connected. We appreciate your understanding as our crews and those from PGE work around the clock to repair damage from last night's storms.

We’re currently experiencing a commercial power outage in the BCT area that is affecting internet service.
