The BCT CommandIQ network management app will be updated to the latest software version mid-August. This update will provide a new look and feel of the app with additional functionality, giving users greater control over their home network. 

For users that have automatic software updates enabled on their smartphone and/or tablet, the CommandIQ app is anticipated to auto-update during the week of August 18, 2025. Those without automatic updates enabled will need to manually update the CommandIQ app through their device's app store (Apple App Store for iPhone/iPad users or Google Play Store for Android device users). 

Once the CommandIQ app has been updated, users will be provided with a walkthrough of the app's new interface the next time they open the app.
