Accessing Your Mailbox

When calling from your home telephone

• Dial 632-1005 or 518-1005(depending on your prefix)
• At the prompt, enter your passcode
• Press 1 to listen to your messages

When calling from a remote location

• Dial the number attached to your voicemail(ie. Your home telephone number)
• When your greeting comes on, hit the # key to interrupt it
• At the prompt, enter your passcode
• Press 1 to listen to your messages

Mail Box Set Up

4 Personal Options

• Press 1 to turn on/off your voicemail notification
• Press 2 for Administrative Options(controls passwords and prompts)
• Press 3 to record or change your personal greeting
• Press * to Exit back to the main menu

To Record a Personal Greeting

• Press 4 for Personal Options
• Press 3 for Greetings
• Press 1 for Personal Greeting

Recording your name

• Follow steps #1 and #2 above then press 3 for Name Recording

Passwords

Your password can have up to 15 digits, however the first digit cannot be a zero. Try to use a password that is easy to remember and change your password often.

Personal Password

• Press 4 for Personal Options
• Press 2 for Administrative Options
• Press 1 for Passwords
• Press 1 for Personal

Prompts

This section controls the speed at which each prompt for your voicemail box is set at.

• Press 4 for Personal Options
• Press 2 for Administrative Options
• Press 3 for Prompts
• Press 1 for Standard speed, Press 2 for a slower speed, Press 3 for a rapid speed

Retrieving Messages

Listening to Unheard Messages

• Press 1 to listen to messages
• Press 1 to listen to unheard messages

Listening to all Messages

• Press 1 to listen to messages
• Press 2 to listen to all messages

Listening to Messages

• Press 1 to Rewind
• Press 2 to Pause for 15 seconds
• Press 3 to Forward for 10 seconds, or 3-3 to forward to next message
• Press 4 for a slower speed
• Press 5 to forward a voicemail
• Press 6 for a faster speed
• Press 7-7 to Erase
• Press 8 for normal volume
• Press 9 for louder volume
• Skip Message Press #

After listening to a message

• Press 4 to replay the message
• Press 5 to get a forwarded message
• Press 6 to send a copy to another voicemail box
• Press 7 to erase a message
• Press 8 to reply to the sender
• Press 9 to save the message

Sending Messages

After the message has been recorded:

• Press 1 to send a private message
• Press 2 to send an urgent message
• Press 3 to get a message confirmation
