 | Paul Hauer
President and CEO |
Paul has been with BCT since October of 1998, coming from the Portland-based
accounting firm of Yergen and Meyer, LLC. Paul was born in Astoria
and was raised in Chehalis, Washington. Paul returned to Oregon
to attend the University of Portland, where he received a degree
in Accounting and met his future wife Lisa.
Paul and Lisa have three children, and enjoy the rural setting
that Oregon City and Beavercreek have to offer. "Having been
raised in a small town and enjoying the lifestyles associated with
smaller towns, this has been a great fit for our family." Paul
and his family currently live in Oregon City and are BCT customers,
of course!
"I enjoy working for a company that is, literally, community
based,” said Paul. “The cooperative is a dynamic and
progressive company that challenges every employee to deliver their
best everyday. The community should be proud of its company and
the growth that has occurred year after year."

Mark Beaudry
Vice President of Operations |
Mark Beaudry, having lived most of his life in Beavercreek, thoroughly knows
Beavercreek and Oregon City inside and out.
Mark began his career with BCT in 1970 as a telephone installer.
Around that time, BCT's telephone network was almost all above ground;
today the entire network is built underground. Mark has seen BCT
grow from less than 1000 customers over 5000 in 2004. He has also
seen numerous changes in the telephone industry; particularly after
the deregulation of the industry. Mark’s watched BCT grow
from offering telephone service only to providing various calling
features, cable television, Internet, DSL and business class DS3
circuits.
“Every morning there is a new challenge,” stated Mark,
“But I wouldn't want to be anywhere else but here.”
Mark resides in Beavercreek with his wife Theresa, and has a daughter
named Andrea and 2 grandchildren.
