Handset Replacement Program

BCT Wireless provides repair or replacement coverage of your wireless telephone in the event of theft or damage that is beyond repair. There is no limit on value and only a $25 deductible. Coverage begins 30 days after you subscribe to the service.

Coverage includes the following:

• Water Damage
  (must be verified by the manufacturer prior to replacement)
• Accidental
• Theft

In the event of theft:

• Immediately contact a law enforcement official and request a copy of the case number and police report in the event of theft or vandalism.
• Call a BCT Wireless customer service representative to report the theft within 30 days
• Provide the name and type of wireless telephone and details of the incident.
• Upon receipt of police report, BCT Wireless will provide a replacement telephone of like kind.
• No cash reimbursement will be paid.

All of this protection for just $4.00 per month! You can also combine this with roadside assistance and pay one low rate of $5.75.
