Auto Help Line
Items that are covered under the program:
Emergency Road Services
If your car becomes disabled, Auto help line will dispatch one of its service
trucks. You are covered to a maximum of $25 for emergency road service and up
to $50 for towing.
Mechanical First Aid
The plan covers emergency services requiring minor mechanical adjustment(exclusive
of parts)on the road to enable the disabled vehicle to proceed under its own power.
Emergency Tire Service
Repair of a flat or damaged tire of any kind, along with changing the tire from
mount to wheel.
Battery Assistance
Auto Help Line service vehicles are all equiped to boost batteries and can perform
minor adjustments to batteries, starters, alternators ect. on the road.
Emergency Gasoline Delivery
Delivery of an emergency supply of gas, oil, water or supplies as they may be
available. Cost of materials are paid by the member. If local regulations prohibit
the delivery of flammable materials(gas), your car will be towed to the nearest
gas station within the limits of your towing coverage.
Towing Services
When a vehicle can not be started or driven, it will be towed to a destination
of your choice.
Emergency Lockout Service
If your keys are lost or locked inside a vehicle, simply call the Auto Help Line
and they will dispatch a locksmith or emergency service vehicle to fix it.
Auto Accident Towing
In the event or a reportable accident, you are entitled to towing provided by
an authorized Auto Help line facility.
Cost is just $2.99 per month!
**Restrictions: Program limited to 10 calls per year. Limitations include
$25 maximum for roadside assistance service and $50 maximum for both Emergency
lockout or towing allowance.
